We are offering equipment installation, startup, debugging and maintenance services. We support and consult by equipment selection and purchase questions. We provide warrantee service for our partner machinery in our supported regions (see partner list
). We maintain and service our Customer’s equipment. Possibilities to provide fixed term and open-term (upon request) equipment service.
Our engineers are constantly being trained at our partner’s workshops, therefore have all the needed qualification, knowledge and tools for solving any problem, when it comes to our or our partner’s equipment support. Also our specialists are ready to consult and support in any way on the online – by phone or the internet. Our praxis shows, that up to 30% of questions are being solved online, without having to visit the Customer.
We have two main storages of wearable parts – in Klaipeda, Lithuania and in Hrodna, Belarus (see contact details
). This allows us to supply the needed parts in short terms to the EU, as well as to the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) countries residents.
