Meat & Fish seminar 2015

Together with our partners we have conducted several practice seminars for Meat and Fish processing.
On the may and june of 2015 we, together with “FESSMANN” and “RUHLE”, have conducted several practice seminars for meat and fish processing.
Meat producers were able to work with company’s “RUHLE” machinery for injecting, tumbling and cutting various meat products, afterwards using different smoking technology with “FESSMANN” smoking chambers.
Fish producers were trying out different smoking technologies for different fish types in order to see and better understand the differences between friction / wood chips / liquid smoke on various products.
We are constantly working to support our customers and widen their knowledge basis, to show the newest possible top machinery on the market and let them work with it. We are consulting regarding the technological process, seeking to find benefit and most cost-worthy solution for each product and the whole production process overall.
